Holiday fun

Here are a few images from this holiday's driving around.

The first image caught my eye as I was driving by. It looked so neat with the four lit trees huddled in the four larger ones.

The Second Image is from my parents neighborhood.  Each year they have an Illumination around it.  The photo only shows a small part of the neat effect.

This is my favorite of the night.  I saw the house across the lake and had to stop.  I parked in a random persons driveway and hurried down the street to set up for the shot.  It's amazing how many people stop with their cars lights right on you and ask "hows the picture"

Hopefully I'll have some more to show soon.

Canon 6D is a Beast!

Just got my first full frame camera this last week, the Canon 6D.  So far I've really liked it.  This is one of my first pictures with it.  There is no color correction, cropping or editing at all.  This is just the RAW image converted to a JPG.

Again, so far very impressed with the camera.  A more detailed breakdown of features I like and don't will be posted soon.
